By placing an order, the buyer represents that they (he/she) are of legal age, and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. TheKnifeCellar.com assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY: Please order directly through the secure online ordering system. Orders placed through the website will take precedence over any email inquiries. We DO NOT ship to Unverified or Uncomfirmed PayPal accounts/addresses. Please Ask All Questions Prior To Purchasing.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY: Because we go to great lengths to give accurate descriptions and high quality photographs of our items, merchandise can be returned for a full refund (less a 10% Re-Stocking Fee) as long as we receive notification of your intent to return within 24 Hours of your original delivery time.

CREDIT CARDS: Your billing address (entered into our payment checkout system) MUST exactly match the billing address of your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order originating from any purchaser or country we deem unsuitable. Most orders ship within one business day prepaid by credit card (No COD's).

MONEY ORDERS: If you would prefer to pay via mail we gladly accept USPS Money Orders, or from our international customers, we accept the "Pink" International Money Order. Please note that purchases paid by money order will not be shipped until funds have been recieve and cleared our bank.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Customers Please Note: We appreciate our international customers. However, we do not guarantee or insure delivery of items shipped internationally. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, misdirected or confiscated. International packages ship at the buyers risk.
